Title: Integration of children with visual impairments in physical education classes Objectives: The main goal is insight into the integration of visually impaired pupils in physical education classes in regular primary school classroom. I find out how the student with visual impairments feel during PE lessons and how you think it is perceived by those around? The operational objective of the research is to find out how a particular case of a child with visual impairments successful integration into regular primary schools, both participated in it and how it influenced the person concerned. Also, I want to find out the extent to which such integration becomes difficult for people who are involved in it. Methods: Combining interview techniques, long-term observation and analysis of pedagogical documentation in the case study student. Results: The pupil with visual impairment has been successfully adapted in the process of integration in physical education regular primary school. This is evidenced by the positive results and improvement of the integrated pupil. However, the results point to the problem of integration in the 1st degree, due to the lack of competence of teachers. The problem appears to be inconsistent approach to the child and thus also the integration of the people involved. The...
Diagnosis of laterality in the school environment
Šnajdrová, Veronika ; Vítečková, Michaela (advisor) ; Krykorková, Hana (referee)
This bachelor thesis contains theoretical principals of expressions of the dominance of the brain hemispheres - laterality. It solves the development of laterality, its genotype and phenotype, levels, laterality types and species, refers to the educational consequences of the improper educational influence on genotype laterality and subsequent corrections. It also deals with the diagnosis of laterality, especially from a position of a teacher. The basic idea of this work is to support the natural development of a child through appropriate laterality effects on the child, specifically a student diagnosed with dysphasia.

Assessment of diagnosis by paramedic in pre-hospital emergency care
BINKOVÁ, Kristýna
Proper diagnosis is difficult even for many years experienced physician. It requires a carefully collected anamnesis and ability to listen and perception of the patient. Paramedics in prehospital emergency care do not determine suspected diagnosis. They determine only rough description. Based on previous anamnesis, physical examination and premedical knowledge together with suspected diagnosis they send patient to appropriate department. Here he is taken by medical worker and examination is done again. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe procedure and find out most common mistakes which paramedics commit when they determine diagnosis during prehospital emergency care. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research section. Theoretical section is about general terms as anamnesis, laws, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the most common diseases. Research in this thesis was done by qualitative method, data were collected by standardized interviews with paramedics from South Bohemia and Vysocina Region. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe procedure and find out most common mistakes which paramedics commit when they determine diagnosis during prehospital emergency care. Research showed that paramedics determine descriptive diagnosis several times a day and they know how to proceed correctly. They have a possibility from the employer to have special training regarding this issue, however they are missing feedback from hospital to verify correctness of determining the descriptive diagnosis. Participants would like to have this feedbacks it would be a confirmation of correctness of their prehospital care. The results of this thesis give the reader information on the issue and legislation in the theoretical part. The main benefit of this thesis should be the experiences and practices of paramedics from the Vysocina Region and the South Bohemian Region in determining descriptive diagnosis in prehospital emergency care.

Preparation for entering the basic school
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Markéta
This thesis´ topic is to find out how pre-school children are individually and methodically prepared to enter elementary schools. The first theoretical part of this thesis compares a conception of a pre-school education and a primary level in some cuticular documents. The second part of the thesis describes a child entering the elementary school with a view of a psychology of evolution. The attention is paid to the child´s school maturity. The practical part is focused on how a nursery school can individually and methodically prepare the child to a compulsory education. An emphasis is also paid to some particular activities to be done with children and to the different fields of the child´s preparation for its compulsory education.
Basic clinical examination of the client by the medical rescuer in the pre-hospital urgent care in the South-Bohemian Region
VIKTORA, Martin
The issue of the clinical examination is the topic being more a part of physician work from the historical point of view. This state changes under the influence of the development of manning the crews in the rescue service. This bachelor thesis called Basic clinical examination of the client by the medical rescuer in the pre-hospital urgent care in the South-Bohemian Region summarizes the basic examinations which should be theoretically known as well as practically used by each medical rescuer. The target of the thesis was to find out the knowledge of the present medical rescuers working in the Medical Rescue Service of the South-Bohemian Region and if they observe the procedures of clinical examination. The contents of the theoretical part is the characteristics of rescue service, its last development and trend, also the young specialization of ?medical rescuer? is described, i.e. the possibilities of study, powers and contents of work. In the next part, the thesis treats the clinical examination. At first the contents of clinical examination is described, the access to it and its importance is explained, than the individual parts of the examination are analyzed. In the theoretical part, it is possible to find the information about anamnesis, methods of physical examination of all the body parts and organs. At the end, also the basic appliance method is mentioned, contributing to the clinical examination in the pre-hospital care as well as the good attitude to the patient, who is an important part also in this topic. If follows from the results of the quantitative examination that there are big differences between various degrees of the education. The graduates of secondary medical schools, of the study (after GCE) of anesthesiology-resuscitation care and intensive care and of higher professional schools have a lower knowledge in this field than their colleagues with the university education. In total the rescuers do not observe the procedures of the clinical examination more often. Both hypotheses were confirmed. It follows from the thesis that it is necessary to try to close the gap. During the studies, the clinical examination should be more accentuated, we should not reconcile with the present state. Also after the study of the branch, the topic should be repeated at the workplaces by means of theoretical lectures and practical seminars. In future, the medical rescuer will have to substitute also the physician in clinical examination, but he/she is not prepared for this up to now.
The importance of Anamnesis within the Treatment of Children in Various Development Stages
KUBIŠOVÁ, Pavla
The Bachelor{\crq}s work deals with a theme on Importance of Anamnesis within the Treatment of Children in Various Development Stages. The treatment documentation, in our case referred to as treatment anamnesis, is an essential part in order to provide a relevant treatment care. First of all, a nurse or other healthcare professional has to learn more about a patient as well as to find out detailed information in order to formulate a diagnosis and to decide on the most suitable treatment plan provided. Individual procedures and the principles followed when obtaining the information are as well very essential. There were two aims and two investigative questions established. The first aim of the Bachelor{\crq}s work was to focus on different ways that vary in obtaining the treatment anamnesis concerning children in various development stages. The second aim of the work was to draft a treatment documentation used for obtaining the anamnesis concerning children in particular stages of development. The first investigative question raises query if there are any distinctions in obtaining data or information about children{\crq}s patients in particular life stages. The second investigative question focuses on methods used by nurses or healthcare professionals to collect a medical history about children{\crq}s patients in particular life stages. The investigation was executed by a qualitative method using non standardized encounters, data analyses and observations. Nurses working in the children{\crq}s ward in the hospital in Strakonice and Písek were the subject to the research. The investigation was carried out during two weeks. It was ascertained during the investigation that the nurses working in the particular children{\crq}s wards in the hospital selected proceed differently when obtaining anamnesis information about particular children{\crq}s stages of life. The investigative question results in hypothesis no. 1: `Nurses who carry out the task vary in used methods of obtaining the anamnesis data concerning children.{\crq} Hypothesis no. 3: `Supporting documents used for obtaining the anamnesis data concerning children{\crq}s patients are not equal in healthcare centres.{\crq} The second investigative question result in findings that anthropometric measurements are ascertained in all children of different life stages. Some nurses do not follow the standard methods and principles of the encounters and not all nurses use correct methods when obtaining the information. Three further hypotheses result from the second investigative question: Hypothesis no. 2: `When collecting the anamnesis data, nurses do not follow the rules of guiding the interview with a patient.{\crq} Hypothesis no. 4: When collecting the anamnesis data concerning children{\crq}s patients, nurses always ascertain their anthropometrical features according to individual stages of development. Thus shows that the first aim was fulfilled as well as the second aim assessed. Within the context of the actual findings, we would recommend to propose documentation for obtaining the anamnesis data aimed for children{\crq}s wards in hospitals which would have the same, equal layout, best within the whole Czech Republic. It would be important to make the supporting documents simple and clear to understand in order to make nurses{\crq} job easier. The documentation would consequently simplify the formulations of treatment diagnoses, thus would contribute to provision of high quality of treatment in order to meet the patient{\crq}s needs. At the same time, it would be suitable to arrange courses and seminars focused on the stated theme aimed for individual hospitals and healthcare centres in the Czech Republic and to solve relevant problems concerning anamnesis documentation on the spot.
